Triple hinge on Integrated Fridge Door

The Integrated Fridge door is hanging when opened; even without anything loaded in the door.

After reading the article http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/fix- … oor-hinges , and upon further inspection, not only are there three hinges that hold the door, but each of the recommend kits of the brand (Hettich) don’t seem to look the same as what is currently in place. The current hinges have a circular plate that fits into the wooden front.

The top hinge appears to have come away from the wooden cupboard door itself.

I’m aware of the recommendation ‘Remove the outer wooden door and look at the number stamped on the plate that fixes to the wooden kitchen door.’ – However I cannot see a way of doing this without unscrewing the entire fridge door. The hinges sit between the wooden and the fridge doors. See the photos attached.

My question: What is the best way of finding out the replacement hinge? Order a few options, take off the whole thing and hope one of the options will fit?
Secondly – is there a way of ordering a set of three hinges on this website?

Those look like kitchen cabinet hinges, not appliance ones.
