Hello forum. I have a problem with the above dishwasher and I was wondering if anyone might have encountered it before and would be able to point me in the right direction for a cure. The machine was in place when I moved into my house around 18 months ago so I’m guessing is around 2 and a half years old. Over the last couple of days the all in one tablet has not disolved properly, maybe about half of it is left in it’s holder. All the glasses have a kind of UVish residue left on them and some plates are not being cleaned properly although most look as though they are. I’ve tried putting more salt in, cleaniing the traps around the drainage area etc but the problem seems to me to be the amount of water getting into the machine in the first place. Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated…

First of all, remove both of the spray arms and make sure all the holes are clear, it sounds like a water circualtion problem to me.

The water level wil most likely be fine, dishwashers don’t need too much 😉

Try that and let us know 😀

    Dave.

    Dave,

I followed your advice and even though the kind of propeller things had only minor blockages when cleared the machine works a lot better. Thanks very much for your prompt reply, I appreciate it a lot.
