True commercial freezer

Hi Guys hope someone may be able to help. Ive just been asked to look at the upright freezer at the golf course its a True T-19FZ its working fine but the door edges are red hot im assuming it has a anti condenstaion heater in it. What i need to know is it run off the defrost timer in the base or off something else.

check the condensor cooling fan 1st, might be simple as that

Thanks. Im going back tomorrow i will check whilst im there. If it is that are they as easy to replace as a domestic as i never normally touch commercial just trying to keep my self in the good books! cheers

Often easier, they usually have the compressor on top of the cabinet, and the fan will be adjacent to it
