My tumble dryer tumbles, but doesn’t heat.
    I’ve got an Indesit IS70C
I bought a replacement heater which includes new thermostat as far as I’m aware.
I swapped it over and it’s STILL not heating.
    Can anyone help?

You really shouldn’t be buying any spares until you have tested them electrically. The heater and thermostats need testing with a suitable megger or multimeter.

Fault can also be caused by broken wiring, sticking float switch, control timer or the front thermostat.

Are those things repairable? I’m no engineer
And I haven’t got the equipment for testing it

Then in all honesty you should not be attempting to repair electrical appliances.
