    been to this machine totally dead no display nothing. everything meters ok but the heater plate thermistor seems rather high at 96+ k (dont know what it should be) I’m thinking board. as it has a connectot port does this board come blank? does the display board give trouble? anyone any ideas?

    When you say it meters ok, is that the thermostats? As an open circuit stat can give you this fault.

    this is electronic control with thermistors I’ve ordered a kit to try

    I’ve not seen this model before, so was just guessing really.

    What does the temperature safety on these newer models?

    well… the safety cut out cuts off the neutral supply to the pcb, rendering it dead

    depends on variant though
