Hi. Induction hobs clearly work by some sort of magic, so I guess you have to be a wizzard to fix them…or can mere mortals attempt it?
I have two induction hobs, one an Ikea/Whirlpool which has a ring failed (a three ringed model, so only left with two), and another one bought to replace it, a Bosch, which has suddenly started to throw its MCB immediately any of its four rings are activated. What’s the best way forward: chuck ’em; take them to a specialist repair shop; attempt to repair one or both with helpful advice from UK Whitegoods? Thanks.
