two of the same in one week

pump runs briefly on spin then stops, both machines similar module types one servis the other w/pool awz 410 mod.dmpu1j, on the servis module obvious print blown off , not so on w/pool but same symptoms.

tried repair to print / + new pump no joy
is this a common fault or just coincidence , any one had similar probs ?
obviously needs new module but what blew it ?
