u1564s0gb oven fan cuts out

hi all ,i have a problem with a neff built in oven with lower oven and a top oven both fan assisted , whats happening is when grill with fan is selected the fan motor runs for 2secs then stops but continues to heat same goes for the top oven .
sounds like the relay on the board just opens back up cutting out the fan motor.
hopefully someone else has had this before .

Grill with fan or Circo roasting will alternate between fan and element. When element is on, then fan is off and vice versa.

So possibly no fault at all 😉

hi , yeh did think of that but the symbol says fan an grill are on at same time !
strange fault i suspect the pcb but dont want to be left with a pcb thats not needed .

The symbol may show both on at the same time but it doesn’t work that way . If it’s left on long enough , does the fan come back on ? Its the way Circotherm grilling is controlled .
