UK parts for OZ machines

I need some brushes for an Electrolux 1025, and as far as I can tell the Ariston 025294 are an equivalent.

The original parts are not available in Australia (only supplied as complete motor) and the local Ariston importer doesn’t have any of the equivalents as they aren’t used on current local variants.

I can find the brushes at BDB GB Ltd http://www.bdbgb.com/ but just wondering if anyone here can advise a better place to get them from – or possibly supply them if you have any.

Is the motor made by ZEM and the brushes look like the white ones at the bottom of the page here:

That’s them. The motor is SOLE, but they seem to be interchangeable names.

The biggest problem appears to be the distance from there to here, not many suppliers will ship to Australia. Quite a few people bring their UK machines here though.

I send spares to Oz once or twice a month lately, probably for that very reason.
