Hello,

I am trying to order UK Whitegoods Laundry Guide but when I add it to cart it says cart weight passes the 2kg limit (even if UK Whitegoods Laundry Guide is the only item in the cart). Thus I am not able to complete my order as the shipment fee cost shows 0 (a little bit weird actually).

Anyway, how can I get around this problem?

One more question, do I get a tracking number or acknowledgement when the items are shipped?

There is a slight delay with your order I’m afraid due to sourcing the thermometers as our normal supplier has no stock but I have tracked two down for you which will be here on Tuesday, everything else is ready to go.

Thanks, I ordered it with airmail from the ukwhitegoods shop it seemed like the only option for international packages.
