KeymasterAs anyone who was at the meeting on Friday afternoon will know, we plan to introduce a new brand of washer specifically targetted to meet the needs of the independent trade. This includes the specification and the fact that it is extremely easy to service, we know this because Kevin and I took one apart.
Importantly it introduces seller-service to the UK. You can, from a man-and-van operation to a 20 engineer or more company, service what you sell under warranty and extended warranty, in effect allowing you to retain that customer for the entire life of the appliance.
There’s a lot to this obviously and, to keep things simple, we thought it best that one of us has a chat with you at some stage. To that end I’ve just uploaded the application form in two formats into the downloads section in theSpecial Projects section that will allow us enough information to get in touch with you and know your needs roughly.
If you are interested please get the form in quick before someone else does as some of the areas are in demand.
Any questions ask away and we’ll do our best to answer them.

All the info is in the download section, look for the “Special Presentation” and read all about it.

It’s worth a read through Tony as the entire endevour is designed to help you to make money as opposed to anyone else. And good money at that.
What does it offer, basic list…
Good margin on sales
Good margin on service
Retention of database rights
Retention of customer
Retention of warranty and extended warranty work
Decent machine to work onBest thing to do is fill in the form, send it back to admin and we’ll give you a buzz. 😉

I made it easier to find everything.
You really can’t miss the big “Project X” on the front page (there’s even help for the blind ) and clicking on the picture will take you straight to the relevant downloads section.
Get the form, available in Excel or Acrobat flavours, fill it in and get it back in whatever format suits you. Thus far there’s not a format that’s beaten me to open and read.
Then you get access to the Project X forum and can see just what’s going on and when.
