KeymasterMorning,
Cheryl has highlighted that with 8 charge cards between us all there is no set controls on who can spend what, when and on what.
Trainers…fairly obvious to me that its for overnights and fuel with low stationary use, but do we need to officially spell it out?
David…..small admin use at Nursery St? What does that mean?
Directors, exactly what are the limits, after, overnights and evening meals during the stay. We are all on NO Fuel, as we claim mileage. Dave can fuel the Van on it.
The point being we did not budget for gadgets, new IT and stuff and this is where Cheryl, rightly has concerns.
I agree with Cheryl, that we should do some guidelines on use of the company cards, that way we all know where we are and we control what is spent and when.
thoughts?

Yes we will have to lay down some guidelines for all.

Yes, we need to lay down the law on what they are for, I agree. We’ll have a chat tomorrow about it.
David, the only reason I got one for him was that when booking hotels he is required to give a card number and is currently using his own, which really isn’t fair. It is also nice to be able to get any stationary or crap on it if required, although I don’t see that getting used much as I’ll usually get anything required.
Directors, hotels really and that’s about it, it just means it’s easier to see WTF is going on.
Gadgets, you having a dig you old twat? 😆
I get what I require to make life easier/faster/better/more professional, beyond that I spend nadda. And Nursery St is now pretty much kitted out completely in respect to IT although someone has asked for another PC to be built. 😉
I agree, there should be guidlines on the use of the cards.

Apart from the above, I assume it’s not a problem to use mine for the odd spares sale for a UKW customer for those that we don’t have an account with. Bosch for instance.
Apart from that, no problems.
Dave.
