I would just like to thank the trainers for a very informative morning.
We ended up taking 7 engineers off the road for a few hours to have some detergent training imparted on them.
The engineers I have already spoken with found the few hours very useful, hopefully this will increase their awareness when dealing with customers and wash problems.
