I’m not sure there is anything wrong with the washer/dryer but we recently moved to a house with a tiny kitchen. To save space I bought this WD. However the clothes that come out are incredibly creased, even though i use the anti-crease feature, and set it to the least dry method of drying. In fact the creasing is so bad that you very often can’t remove them by ironing, you have to rinse the clothes then hang them for a bit and then iron.

Is there a problem with my machine? or are thay all this bad?

    Thanks

    Hi

When using the dryer are you following the instructions to only dry half a load . If you try to dry the full load that you have washed it will crease . Split the load in two.
Please read your instruction book about drying cycle.

Thanks for the tip. The manual doesn’t say this though, and the WD865 is rated as 5+5, and all over the manual it mentions that you can wash and dry a full 5kg load. So should i have Hotpoint up under the trades description act 😉

    Hi

All the older washer dryers instructions always said to dry only half load because a washing machine drum is to small to dry correctly, and they always creased things if you put too much into the drum to dry. If they say it will dry a full load then it should. but just try it with half a load to see if this makes a difference . If it then only works correctly with half a load complain to Hotpiont .
If you look into the drum of a full size dryer the drum fills the whole cabinet .
