Under sink waste trap for countertop dishwasher

Hey everyone,

Not sure if I am in the right place…

I am moving into my first home soon and want to take with my little bosch table top dishwasher. Currently this sits on top of the work top as there is no where else to put as I live in a rented flat so cant go adapting cupboards etc for it.

I have measured up if the dishwasher will fit in the cupboard under the sink at the new house… whilst width & depth ways it will fit the waste trap is in the way by approx 2cms so wont go in height ways. Dont want to have to have the dishwasher on the work top as it doesnt match the other appliances in the new kitchen and also the dishwasher is quite old but has a few years left in it yet. There is no room for a full size dishwasher though so this isnt an option.

Whats the smallest trap that I can fit under a kitchen sink? What other options are there?

Go to b&q and have a look as there are plenty to choose from.

No actual height restrictions.

I think I will have a look, I dont have to specifically use a P trap for kitchen waste do I? For example there is a bath waste trap that is shallow for the space under a bath.
