Dishwasher finished cycle last night.
Took two mugs out this morning for early morning tea.
When I came down later the pump was running, even though the dishwasher door was open. I cannot stop the pump trying to empty the machine. Normally opening the door stops all activity.
The only way to stop the machine is to turn it off.
Help!

Machine has leaked into undertray and activated the flood protection system. Power off, drain under tray, find leak. Can’t tell you much more without the model number.

As access to Neff dishwashers is rather limited and we have no indication as to whether you may be able to undertake the work yourself. Plus the need for caution when dealing with major electrical appliances, I would suggest a little expert help. 😉
