Unusual Whirlpool Oven & Hob SOG01 & SGH03

Can anybody identify a matching Whirlpool built-under oven/separate grill [model SOG01] and 70cm gas hob [SGH03WH]. There are no 12 digit service nos beginning 85 on the labels. They come as a pair as the oven controls are on the hob & the cables plug into the top of the oven. The hob is similar to a current Whirlpool gas hob with the addition of an electrical grill control and ‘electronic’ oven thermostat. Whirlpool trade spares coding office can’t identify it & I can’t find it on SIOS. It’s in a fairly new house and the customer says it’s 4 or 5 years old. It’s definitely branded Whirlpool; I’ve seen it myself. Circuit/wiring diagrams would be useful if anybody has any. 😕

I can give you the fault which is ..

main oven not working ..am I correct ?

I also have the part in my little mitts that you require..only a little one at that but phillips price that I last heard was approx £45 +vat.

Whirlpool Advantage I used to sell them in fact I still have 3 carcasses and 2 or 3 hobs in the yard somewhere.
Common fault as r600a said the oven switch/stat just gives up sometimes.
just 1 little switch with 3 wires would have thought Whilrpool would have sorted it .

I must have sold 11 ovens and had to change at least 8 switches.

Thanks very much for the help on this one guys. The fault as you guessed is the oven going on and off intermittently. Will report back to the customer & await instructions.
This type of posting would make a good competition. Somebody posts the make & model no. of an appliance; everybody else has to guess what the fault is 😆 !

Got customer with same model no but name ive never heard of. Main oven intermittent unless hit. Could this be the same appliance?

Sounds like something I saw a few years ago there was a stick on label covering the Whirlpool logo which could be easily removed.
The brand name was something like Sven which wouldn’t sell too well after the world cup!
Don’t know where they came from but whirlpool wouldn’t cover the warranty and had no spares or tech info.

Always the potentiometer and stupidly short umbilical which was a twat to test in situ. In a nutshell wank 😆
