KeymasterToday we have initiated the next part of our plan to spread the word.
Whilst Kenneth rants (Goatboy terminology 😆 ) about apathy, we do realise there are many more do not read us than read us. So starting next week we will endevour to engage more business’s in the areas you guys don’t cover. Our first targets have been distributed today, so by next Friday(21st) we may make considerable progress on the blank postcodes.
What we have all achieved in the 3 weeks since Sibson is amazing. We have support from many quarters and only 1 work provider getting awkward.
We will be producing the technical stuff (DVD, parts photos ect) during the 1st 2 weeks of November, any one wanting a sneak preview of the appliance, tough. Unless you can hi-jack my van between Rotherham and Kilmarnock 😉
So, if you have friends out there who might be interested in this Project X, now is the time for them to register that interest with the download form.
I’ll be starting work on the agreement we will need between us (UKW and You) very soon. Having said that we have been dreaming it for months now so it won’t take long.
What might be good is for 3 of you to act as proof readers for us. You will have to keep totally quiet on what you read, but it will be your chance to amend what we come up with. You can probably see where I’m going with this, an agreement developed by engineers for engineers. What you think?
If you would like to volunteer, please email admin@ukwhitegoods with your interest, depending on the response we might up the number of proof readers somewhat.
REMEMBER…..blabber mouths, don’t apply. This is an unique opportunity to join in, have an input, just for a change!

This might be a task for the Advisory Council. We all know how they just love proof reading stuff ( I can hear the groans already 😆 ) They will certanly know how to knock any rough edges off it. They did a sterling job of the Charter amendments and have been carefully chosen to represent the broad spectrum of firms that exists among the independents.
Just an idea

KeymasterRe: Update
Del, your efforts the last 2 days have already paid off, with a Stoke applicant and a WV code who starts off with “further to our conversation”
Well done son, keep it up.

I think that running the agreement past the AC was more or less a given, but I don’t expect much (if any) comment from the AC on it really. Simply because this is being designed by service engineers that are sick of being shafted, so “fair” and “reasonable” are the two key words that spring to mind here.
You never know, it may even set a standard too.
