    Greetings

My dishwasher has started tripping my RCD. Common fault F11 has been happening for weeks. I clear it by removing blockages where the impellar is. For the 1st time this week I got a F14 fault and after that the tripping of RCD started.

Today I stripped the entire machine down. Found that there was a lot of salt in the bottom tray. The salt container was leaking at the seal. Removed it and cleaned and refitted it. There was salt also at the bottom of Lever Room on side of machine. I removed that and the 2 valves and the electrical plugs. Cleaned Lever completely removing all the salt. Did not find any build up of salt on plugs or electric connections or valves to Lever Room. I presume leaking from salt container has run down pipe into Lever Room.

Removed pump and all pipes and no blockages found. There were no leaks from any of the pipes.

Removed door and cleaned build up of grime around area where it connects onto swing arms.

Refitted everything, turned machine on and put it on a prewash at 13 min to go it tripped the RCD. The water that was left in sump from previous attempt was drained out and the new water filled to the filter arm at bottom of dishwasher. It seems to kick mains when it starts to rinse. 😕

I have noticed that there has been a red light on next to the Salt and PC Indicator light.

WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE PLEASE and what can I do to fix it please.

    Many thank David
