Just so you all know, your customers will automatically recieve an updated manual as well as a warranty confirmation in the post from ISE if they haven’t already had one.
Sorry I forgot to let you all know about this as it was just a matter of course for us.
Of course if you’ve not returned the warranty card then your customer will recieve zip. 😕
