    Ages since I updated this but, I don’t want to look like I’m trying to force this upon everyone.

    Since last year we’ve updated rather a lot.

    We’ve got the new platform all up running and it’s superb, much faster and there’s a lot of new features on there, too many to get into.

    Stock control is also fully, fully operational in tis own right and can be used integrated to rapport as well as for EPOS systems and more, it’s very powerful.

    However coming soon there’s a few things that I know a few people were asking about, hence the update.

    SMS messaging to customer works a treat and, saves a lot of the “Where’s the engineer” calls as it notifies the customer when you’re likely to be there etc., think on it like the sort of system that DPD etc use.

    Payment linked directly using Paypal Here mobile terminals should be live in days meaning that you don’t need a GPRS based terminal to take payments in the field from just about any card known to man I believe.

    And on that subject, we can now link to and process invoicing to the online versions of Xero and Intuit Quickbooks, Sage can be done as well. So you now don’t have to input all that stuff, it just magically transfers.

    But very soon there’s a couple of things and the first will only make sense to those at the conference but it will link to and be able to see parts on the marketplace, so you can get cheap bits from there where the info is good.

    You will also be able to view, inside the call on your phone/tablet in the filed or PC info on the best selling parts for the model as well as any documentation from ASWO so long as you’ve got an ASWO account. You should be able to order the part right from there as well, live, in the home.

    Just thought I’d let you all know what was going on and while I’ve only scratched the surface here it’s general update, not an in depth one.

    Just updating a little more.

    Integration with ASWO is done! 😀

    From within rapport you can see the parts used on the model under repair as well as the most commonly used items so you can both see and order parts from within the job, onsite. No having to go to a web browser or whatever, you can just do it there and then.

    This is very cool. 8)

    Integration and invoice generation from both Quickbooks (online) and Xero are also live and working just fine so, you can export your invoice, log and send with no re-keying all the same info over again. Huge timesaver.
