    bosch SGS43C02GB/47
this machine has had a new drain puimp that was sticking
and i have just filled a new module that had a sticky relay were the drain pump would not switch off.

first use after new module customer reports that the machine just keeps washing and gets very hot..

has anyone got any clues as the customer is thinking its my fault now..

    part fitted was 491651

    thank you

First a sticky drain pump and then a sticky relay from the module that supplies the drain pump? All a bit odd really to be honest?

Can I assume you have checked such things as the insulation on the heater, the water level system etc etc? Your customer states now the machine is still washing and is getting very hot. Could you ask her to stop the machine and check to see if the dispenser lid has released? The dispenser solenoids are a favourite troublespot as well. Is she using the machine on ‘Auto’ setting I wonder?

Also was there a coding sheet for the module?. If so have you coded it
most d/w modules require coding correctly, as they fit more than one model.
