Urgent help on a pt number for bosch dw module please

Guys, need a pt number for the module of a bosch dw, unfortunally the ENR number has been rubbed out so i only have the numbers of the module which are as follow 5WK57301 then there is 18 06 99 11 31 02 and the last number is 5 600 032 586 ee01 the module itself is about 8″ long cream coloured and has 2 led digits on the top left, has 8 push buttons on the front and 9 green lights in total on the front with the last 2 on the right on top of each over.

IM ASKING YOU TO PULL OUT ALL THE STOPS ON THIS ONE LADS, THANKS

or is there another ENR number on the d/w elswhere?

if its integrated there may be a label still on door if you take wooden door off.

QER charge £34.50 according to this link for module 5WK57301
