URGENT Help Please – Bosch Classixx

Hi

Our Bosch Classixx has suddenly stopped working. Its taking in and draining water but wont turn on the wash or spin cycle.

I can turn the drum by hand and there is no noise.

Can anyone suggest anything.

Please help. I have 3 young children and need my washing machine urgently.

The first thing to check would be the motor brushes. With the mains plug removed of course. 😉

If there is no noise at all, it may be that your belt has come off, sometimes down to poor loading.
Umplug appliance if you are to investigate :plug:

We have checked, the band is OK and so are the brushes. Any other suggestions please?

Either wiring harness or module faulty.

sounds to me like a faulty conductor…also,remember the old adage, “a new broom sweeps clean”
