A few years ago I tried everywhere to get a 500ml syringe like this cheaper, chemists (not used in the medical service these days) Vets, on line medical supplies etc and could not find them anywhere. Would be interested to know which chemist you got it from then we can go and get them that cheap.

You beat me to the reply.
I keep a 500, 100 and a 50 and have some pressure hose pipes attached for a longer reach.

look out for your local district nurse and talk nicely to them. They still do have them for flushing, well…..leave it at that.
Benefit of being married to a district nurse ….. always have a box of 50ml syringes in the car.
Wonder if she has realised I keep helping myself ? 😛January 27, 2010 at 9:50 am #310091cornwell40

Opted for a 100ml one off ebay £3.99. Been meaning to sort a new one out for ages. Mind you the colonnic irrigation ones probably hold a bit too. Might be the start of a new career as well.
😆
