ParticipantThe booklet re-write is now progressing nicely to include more user information, better illustrations, programme chart and troubleshooting guide. Awaiting technical info from Turkey to fill in a few ‘blanks’ but that should not be too long awaiting by all accounts. 🙂
Will keep you posted ASAP 😉

KeymasterYep, it is superb and it’s the first document I’ve had in ages that I wouldn’t change.

Just having another look at this booklet in advance of my impending call to Mrs Phipps, I did mention when it was first available to download that on pages 13,16 & 17, the pictures had obscured some of the text, has this been sorted, if so I will download a fresh copy.

KeymasterYes Jim, but it’s not been uploaded yet. 😕
I’ll mail you a copy in the morning (assuming I remember) of it finished.

Thanks Ken, I can work out what the text is underneath but it looks a bit poor to give to any customers, also where did I get all the last batch of updated info from, was that also e-mailed to me. I tried to find a download on here but the user manual is still the old one.

KeymasterYeah I would have mailed it.
All the new stuff I hope to have available on the ISE site tomorrow or Thursday latest.

Does the latest user manual that is sent out to all new customers include the recent advice regarding resetting the machine after an OOB condition if the controls ‘lock out’ ?
At present I give all new customers a slip with the reset procedure on it.

Should I take that as a ‘don’t know’ then, 😥

Sorry Jim,
I’m pretty sure that it isn’t i’m affraid but if you just instruct customers to go through the cancel programe function they should then be able to reset their machine to spin after having adjusted the load.
In all fairness, the problem didn’t start to show itself till after the new ISE user instructions were printed. but we can include it on the next print run.
Cheers

Sorry Jim, missed this.
There are plans afoot to introduce an addendum to the book and we will look at adding it to the next print run as well.

Thanks guys, I will continue to give out the top half of the reset instructions on installs for the time being. I remove the bit at the bottom with Kevin & Seans mobile numbers. 😀
