Thanks Don, Have tried that site many times but it does not recognise my model, ie SmartDrive F and P Pride 5.5, Model mw059nz,Product 92163, Serial DRL 558642. If somebody has this model, I just need to know how to change the preset washing instructions. Thanks Chaso.
