V4380X0GB/13 FD 8302400303 Neff Washer dryer

Hi. Been to this today. It sticks on rinses after draining, it does the intermediate spin. It doesn’t let you fast forward the programme as you can on this one, when the fault occurs. I was suspicious of a solenoid valve going open circuit when warm but no such look.Not run it through a wash programme but after restarting it spins fine. Customer said no problem on wash.

I’ve referred them to Neff they are coming out on the 20th Jan, I think they got a package insurance.
The model starts with a ‘V’ but these are a nicely made machine, surely this one isn’t a Smeg? I have repaired one or two of these but never had a serious fault on one.

Any of you come across this?

I’ve just read the related topics since posting my request and it looks like it may be a pressure switch fault?
Input still appreciated if someone can confirm it? 😀

not a smeg. assume you have cleaned the air bell?

air bell is a common blockage point on these, it simply unclips from the drum, stick you finger in the hole in the tub as well and give it a good wriggle around!

It was a blocked air bell. Will make sure I dont miss that next time. :boops:
