hi having a problem with this appliance when a wash cycle starts it fills and drains at the same time ,this fault is new to me on this model .

I can only think that the main module in the base has a problem with it somewhere? Or there must be and earth leak on some component causing the condition? The 4 way cold valve is a suspect as often the coils start to burn out anyway. Also try unplugging the motor to see if that stops it? And the heater is a caution of course.
