    Above Neff washer dryer has E13 fault any one know what this relates to and how repair?

    On a wash cycle it’s usually the door interlock. If it happens only on dry then element insulation issues are also likely.

    Hi Martin, it happens on any program. Door lock seems to operate ok, locks and opens normally.
    Can choose a program but after a couple of seconds beeps and pumps out continuously with E13 in display. Could it still be door lock?

    Doesn’t appear to be a door lock issue then. What’s the insulation like?

    Just disconnect the dryer elements!
