    Anyone know where I can get an element for a 3 phase catering fryer? It hooks onto the edge of the frying vessel and has a big cylindrical piece at the top containing the thermostat. Fryer is either 11Kw or 15.3Kw and has 2 such elements.

    Thanks Chris, it looks like the element is obsolete anyway 🙁
