Anyone else having the occasional problem with internet orders to Masterpart.
I`ve placed dozens of orders over the last year or so but twice in the last couple of months I`ve had orders vanish despite appearing as completed after sending.On both occasions I`ve phoned to check and the charming lady (not) tells me to re-order :rolls: and they have no record of it :evil:.
Not a huge problem but just thought I`d post here to see if anyone else had experienced any similar difficulties.

Nope, can’t say I have, in fact I have had a couple of problems with them lately, sent a Whirpool washing machine motor that should have been an Indesit dishwasher motor and another order that should have included four 1701583 stats but had four 1602390 door interlocks instead.
Both problems instantly resolved on the phone by very pleasant staff and the 4 surplus interlocks have been given to me for nothing.
