Vax Blade 2 Max Help!!

Hi. I have a Vax Blade Max 2 (approx. 4 years old). I plugged it in after using it today and found that after a few minutes, all 4 lights were flashing white. This has never happened before. Normally when it has fully charged the lights stop flashing and then go off. I have a video of what is happening but it won’t let me upload it. Can anyone help please??
