I have a venerable Vax Powa 4000, which has given sterling service for years. However, the pump appears to have gone (judging from other similar Vax posts in this forum); the pump switch light comes on, but there’s a distinct lack of pumping sounds … unless something on the PCB has gone, instead?
Vax don’t appear to supply spares (at least, not according to their website). I’ve found my way into the machine, so should be able to do the replacement myself.
Can I obtain a replacement pump for this machine, and how much would it be? It doesn’t seem to be listed in the Whitegoods shop.
Thx
