Has anyone got any comments on Vestfrost refridgeration? I’d never heard of them until today, but I have looked at their web pages now.

As far as I was aware, Vestfrost no longer trade in the UK and haven’t for some time now. Perhaps they have returned 😉

Danish oufit, have been making Comet’s “quality” range for many years. Wasn’t aware of them selling “own brand” in the UK.

Just looked on their website – http://www.vestfrost.com/ – seem to be selling through Powerhouse and some independant dealers. Saw one locally today and was told they come with a 5 year guarantee.

Not bad stuff to be honest or it never used to be anyway, stick with the Independent retailer though please, a far higher level of service than the “sheds” as we lovingly call them 😉

We used to work on them, good solid machine, but what you have to ask yourself is; what its going to be like if you have to source the spares sometime down the road – from Comet!!

Well, if I buy one of these it will be from a local retailer, not one of your ‘sheds’, who also do repairs and have always been very helpful in the past.
I’ve also e mailed Vestfrost about their spares and repair policy – it may not do any good, but I feel better for the attempt. If I get a reply I’ll post it.
