Called to one of these ovens today and both ovens not heating and the large oven door locked.I removed both modules from the base of oven and found one of the connections on the main oven was sitting at an angle so i sorted that then the door unlocked.When running the ovens the fans cut in and out every 30 to 40 seconds even before making temperature the small oven is not coming up to temp.The problem is I’m not sure if this is normal operation but does not seem normal the relays on both modules appear to we working to hard.The modules are £800 for the small one apparently.ouch.Has anyone any experience of these.

by the fan I assume you mean the fan inside the oven. if yes I can see any sense in starting and stopping a fan when the element should be on

any sign of blown components ?
