hi been here today and the fridge is not cooling freezer fine.there is no ice in frzr and fan is running fine.there is a baffle at the top of the fridge which is closed are these generally the trouble or am i missing something. 858674001020.

Generally the baffle sticks and normally you can just change baffle and will be ok.
