857081215900.bearings collapsed in this machine brought machine into w/shop done bearings rebuilt now when you switch on there is no display and when you turn the dial to any programme the door locks and the pump kicks in for about 30 secs and thats it any advice gonna have a proper look tomorrow but if there are any pointers .

Motor brushes or motor connections usually cause ‘dead’ faults on Whirlpool machines. 😉
