been here today for an ins comp they say it toppled forward when moving it and hit the bench.there is a dent in door and handle but the main fault is not cooling when i got there machine was running except the comp,switched off then back on and the comp fired up and started to cool fine the cust says it does this until it stops then defrosts.i checked the defrost side and all seemed well,she did say she heard some chattering coming from the door.I know these are prone to board failure but has anyone had this fault before and part numbers.
