W Pool T/dryer burning out stats

W Pool TD model AWZ 7301 had new set of stats fitted as one had burnt out. 48122 5928681. no loose connections at spades. happened again 5 weeks later. any advice please.

Had a few of these where the wiring is oxidising inside the sleeving. Last couple, I’ve cut the wiring back about 9″ and re-made the loom. No recalls yet.
