    Hi Guys, got a call from customer about a noisy W256. Machine is under one year old. When I got there I found that the drum was loose at one of the paddles/spider legs. Stripped down the machine, out with the drum and found one of the Torx screws holding the drum to the spider was missing. Found it in the pump filter. None of the screws had any threadlock on them so I refitted the missing screw and threadlocked all three screws before reassembling the machine.
    A lot of work over one screw.
