    Been on a call today for a miele W864
    The customer has reported machine not heating and is flashing wash light on hot washes, they have advised that the light stops flashing when they poor hot water in the soap draw

    the heater tests ok
    the wash heater ntc tests @ 15 ohms
    cant test for live & neut in the wash as the front of the machine has to be shut to wash.

    can anyone shed any light on this job as I’m not a miele expert and don’t want to just jump to diagnosing the pcb if its not.

    Could be the heater relay, which i believe is on the right hand side as you open the front up..
