went to look at this w/m this week. fault was poor wash results ie poor stain removal.did all checks pump,sump hoses,pr sw tube and heater.these m/cs do not use a lot of water to wash.lady has just started using a well known non bio due to child with skin condition. also noticed generous amount of conditioner being used.told her to ease off on conditioner as it can have a waterproofing effect esp on cottons and towels.also very hard water area.can anyone help on this one

Bit difficult for us to guess without knowing what the poor results are, e.g. not removing stains? Soap left on clothes? New marks on clothes? etc.
