    I get a small water leak about 5cm wide when using the machine any ideas please. bottom right of washer under the part where you can clean out the waste.

    It could be anything really, the only way is to get into it and see if you can see where it’s leaking from.

    I have a dryer stacked on top , I take it the engineer won’t help unstack washer/dryer

    Possibly a hole in the sump hose by what your explaining

    Have you done the obvious and checked that the drain hose and pump cap are fully closed?
