WARNING Creda stat, 47th1/230, faulty batch

Hotpoint/Creda Pt. 6222801 batch no W043705w

I have recieved two of these stats from Connect, both supplied faulty. Has any one else recieved faulty one’s with this batch no?
The stat will not regulate.

I will stick the next one in the kettle (phial) with a meter across it to test it before fitting, would advise anyone else to do likewise.

Pain in the ar** this one, now loosing money having to fit a third one. 26 mile round trip, awkward kitchen, arghhhhh 😡 😡 😡
Any one know how to get compensated for faulty goods?

take its the green spot stat, must be merloni clearing there stats out.

we’ve at bg been having major recall, faulty stats from them.
