Condenser for our Beko DC7112W appears warped, at bottom, at rear. (Was it always this shape)? Unsure if this contributes to the machine stopping every 5 – 10 minutes with the ‘Water Tank Full’ light flashing/on? (Tank is nowhere near full). Also after removing the condenser, there is a puddle of warm/hot water at the very back, which we mop up every time the machine stops. Thoughts anyone?! Thanks in advance! (Would upload photo, but size too big).

If you host the picture on Google pics for example you can then link it to here.

if your finding water at the back of the condensor it does sound like the pump chamber is full for some reason. there is a float in this chamber and that is what determines if the draw is full

Grateful for both responses. So thank you. Shan’t be tackling it until next week. (Work commitments). https://photos.app.goo.gl/N4cUUd5L3LfMxGJL9
