Just purchaced this washer dryer from M.F.I as part of a kitchen package. On using the dryer is it normal for it to take up to three hours to dry the clothes. Is there a fault . Any help would be appreciated.

Ensure that you are only drying half a load at a time. Bear in mind that heavy cotton fabrics will need extended drying. Also, if using drying sequence ensure that items have been spun at the fastest speed. Finally, the low heat setting won’t dry anything.

This is true of most combination machines, not specific to your own.

I have just got this machine too – please could you tell me who makes it, as I haven’t got an instruction manual and I can’t work out how to switch it to a drying cycle.
I’ve called MFI extra care and they are sending out the booklet but it’s already been a few days and it hasn’t yet arrived.
It’s driving my wife crackers 😯

Most of these you need to set “half load” and “time” to operate the dryer.
