Hiya folks,
I have a zanussi zwd1252w. The last 2 or 3 wash dry cycles the washing has been almost soaking wet, very hot with steam emanating from it. Obviously it is not evaporating the heated clothing properly. And tonight I’ve had two instances of E10 code, while drying. Supposed to be water supply problem but the water supply was fine throughout the cycle and it drained OK.
I took the panels off and the evaporating collection plastic reservoir was empty, not sure if that’s important. A probe that goes into the rubber tube connecting the drum to that reservoir was encrusted with limescale, so I cleaned it, but one of the wires on the electrical connector came off. I tried to do best job I could reconnecting it but the plastic connector is a bit fiddly so am doubtful I was successfully.
To be honest I haven’t heard/ seen the fan at the top of the reservoir that connects to the deryer heater working. Is that maybe the issue? What about the probe in the rubber tube?
Any help would be well appreciated!
