I need to replace my AEG washer dryer the spin is down from 1600 to 800/1000 at best and the dryer is now just a waste of time. I don’t use the dryer much anyway but it is good to have occasionally and I do not have room for 2 machines.
I have seen a Samsung WD0804W8E, ignoring the rubbish about ecobubbles
It seems to do what I need and it is a good price. Over the years I have had Indesit, Hoover, Bosh and AEG The last 2 were really good and expensive machines but they did not last much if any longer than the rest. What I cannot find anywhere is if the Samsung are having any special problems that would imply that I should look at something else.
So does anyone know of any special problems Samsung are having or are they as good as the rest in this price bracket.
Thank you
It’s probably no worse than any other washer dryer out there in the price bracket. Samsung like most Korean outfits can have lengthy spares order lead times and the customer care levels a little curt to say the least.
I loved my Bosch but I just cannot rise to £700/800 at present and after todays performance I would revise the spin speed down to 500rpm, so I need to do something very soon. I will check out the Zanussi mentioned and which I had not noticed.
Thanks for the help
Sandra
