Please can the brains that view this forum help with a question… In an ideal world i would like… a washer dryer that doesn’t interrupt general conversation in other flats with slurps, googling and rattling, doesn’t shake the neighbours walls, and is more enviromentally friendly than blow drying my clothes with a hair dryer.
I do have an ariston washer dryer at the moment but like everything else that came free with my new build flat (cookers, showers etc) it has given up only moments after the warranty did.
Plus the other challenge is that seeing as I’ve spent all my money on taxi fares to the nearest laundrette and take-aways (don’t worry the cooker is now on the mend) it’ll need it to be cheap.

Unfortunatley, cheap is half the problem, Ernie.
Consider the Zanussi ZWD1261W, around £350 and the Bosch WVF2402 at around £390. The dryers on these ones do actually work although the energy consuption of any washer dryer can hardly be considered environmentally friendly……
